Please take a minute and tell us what you think of the new WARTS Net web site
I was finally able to access the web site. Yahoo was not able to so I went to Google and here I am. A great job by our webmaster. I am very impressed with everything. I've been checking into WARTS since 1971 and this is a great addition to the net, and should be the source of attracting new members. Congratulations! 73, de Stu, K7WF
Looking good. I was a net control back around 1963 from the MARS Stn (K7FAE) at McChord AFB.

I knew W7JWJ, W7IVE, W7LFA, and W7QII and many others who are now SKs. Was at Lake Katchees many times in early 1950s. Was NC many times and also in W7OEN, the Oregon Emergency Net in 1951 & 1952 . Have BPL certificate dated August 1949 with 1673 Traffic Total during the Atomic Frontier Days in Richland.
GREAT JOB BILL, LOOKS GREAT, LOTS OF WORK, AND ALL OF US THANK YOU FOR IT.
Been off the air for about a year. I am still a planning commissioner for Washoe County in NV. Have been working and developing tower standards for the private antennas (HAM Towers) . Will be a steady member again since I am about termed out as a planning commissioner.
Finally Got my General License and figured out how to make my transceiver work.
Just thought I'd give a shout out to all you folks who've been doing this since I was a kid. I'm Reuben's grandaughter (now age 32) and I can remember saying "hello" to many of you folks while sitting on my grandpa's lap at a very young age. I think the website creator has been doing an excellent job in maintaining the site and a big congrats to those who have contributed many years of time and energy to allow this network to remain steady and strong! With my own eyes, I've witnessed how this network has been somewhat of a life-line for my grandfather over the years and I love that he continues to have a social network of friends who he can count on daily. Thank you for all your hard work and for sharing your site with me. Sincerely, Michelle Foster (Sinner) Vancouver, WA

I'm wanting to Join a Net that has linked repeaters from WA to CA along primarily the I5 Corridor. JD
I have heard this net a long time ago but never had the license to operate on frequency. Now I am finding that I need an reasonable 80 M antenna to which I'll have to find a place for mounting. Right now I have a 2 element StepIr with the 40M addition and a very low 40/80M dipole. I am originally from Port Angeles so it is interesting to hear the stations from that area. Nice to hear you on the air.
Heard the net on 3.970 then found your great web site keep up the good work
I enjoy being part of the WARTS net. A lot of fine people involved in it's operation.
I started hamming in 1967 until 1984 then took a 25 year break and back on the air in Sept.09 It's been fun getting reaquainted...This is a very nice web site 73,Mike

Nice site. I am looking for guidance on how to be added to the roster. It is not readily apparent on your web site.
Not a guest, but do have some thanks to pass out. I don't want to put the post office out of business, but don't want to pay their retirement either. hi To each and all..QST QST QST, I don't know how to thank each of you for the prayers and well wishes during my recent surgery. I was told it would be a real bugger, but didn't realize the full force of the baseball bat that would be so lasting. 3 weeks out, and am feeling pretty darn good now. It's Ham family, cards, and many smiles and kind words that helped in my recovery, no doubt! All of you made a huge difference in my healing. When surrounded by happy people, as I felt I was, that alone makes the process go even faster. My grateful thanks to each of you on the WARTS NET for the heart~felt well wishes, all the comforting words from each of you, but mainly the prayers. Everyone helped in the healing in one way another, and to you..HATS OFF. Thank you WARTS members for showing what true friends are all about. Caring!! 73/88, KE7DRT~~ Nita~~
Great bunch of people and looking forward to joining the group
